- Conduct regular surveys of your property, inspecting interior and exterior.
- 24/7 alarm response – break ins and fire alarm response.
- Prepare the property for your arrival – thermostats, cleanings, groceries.
- Check for broken windows or leaks in windows.
- Check for damages caused by natural events.
- Remove flyers and advertising indicating absence.
- Annual punch list and inspections to stay ahead of maintenance needs.
- Manage current tenants to make sure they are taking care of your property (if applicable).
- Monitor for illicit use by unauthorized persons – Pools, hot-tubs, private outdoor space.
- Check for interior water leaks.
- Identify maintenance issues.
- Make sure all heating (regardless of type), cooling, and water systems are working correctly.
After each check our team will provide a detailed report! In that report you’ll find photos of your property and any maintenance suggestions or issues that need to be immediately addressed. Any findings will be documented. Our team keeps all documented maintenance organized and on file in case you need to pull records
